Marketing & Content Creation Intern

Psypher AI is an early-stage UK AI technology company, and we're building our brand from the ground up. We're looking for a Marketing & Content Creation Intern who is creative, execution-focused, and excited by the intersection of AI and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and emerging channels — tailored to each audience
• Design graphics, reels, short-form videos, and campaign creatives that reflect the Psypher AI brand
• Plan, manage, and execute content calendars with clear goals and consistent publishing cadence
• Write compelling copy — captions, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content
• Research trends, competitor activity, and viral opportunities to stay ahead of what's working
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and distribution — experimenting as you go
• Support brand campaigns, community engagement, and outreach initiatives
• Work directly with the founding team on growth strategy and positioning

Requirements

• Someone with a genuine interest in marketing, content creation, branding, or social media growth
• Creative thinker with strong written communication and a natural storytelling instinct
• Self-driven and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to try next
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Excited by AI tools and how they're changing content production
• Prior content creation, social media management, or design experience is a bonus — not a barrier
