This is not a support role. You won't be shadowing, filing, or sitting in on calls without purpose. From day one, you'll work directly alongside the founders of Psypher AI

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders, agencies)
  • Reach out via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, cold outreach, and referrals
  • Understand client needs and position Psypher AI’s offerings accordingly
  • Support founder-led calls and deal closures
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Assist in go-to-market efforts for Psypher AI’s own SaaS products

Requirements

  • Students or fresh graduates interested in startups, SaaS, or consulting
  • Individuals with strong communication and networking skills
  • Self-driven candidates comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
  • Prior BD / sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
